EYS is a music organisation for children and teenagers aged 4 - 18. In addition to giving individual lessons on violin, viola and cello we come together on Wednesdays from 4 - 6.30 to play in small groups for beginners to grade 8. Please come and join us!

Circular Motion

We currently have a really nice circular motion occuring with our members. Rebecca Willson who joined us aged 14 is now our senior chamber coach mainly working with our top group "Obligato". Members of Obligato are due to take grade 8 this term and go on to work towards teaching diplomas thus becoming Exeter Young Strings third generation of teachers!

New Tuesday Group

I just wanted you all to know that we have really expanded this last year to the extent of setting up and addition Mini Music Makers group for our beginners. This is due to start soon so anyone with a child aged between 4 and 6 years do visit our site.
