Chrissie, the founder of Eximia, is a chartered company secretary and has worked for a number of FTSE 100 companies, with a wealth of experience in communicating effectively to shareholders, employees and stakeholders alike. This necessitates first class attention to detail and communication skills, a high level of financial and legal competency, and effective research and project management skills. Although seemingly an unlikely shift to the creative industry, the skills of a chartered company secretary provide a solid foundation to any business and works seamlessly alongside an experienced and diverse creative team.
