The review is not an accurate claim at all. All cleaners are paid, all have Nino's, and all have employment contracts. There are a couple of staff where English is not their first languauge - however as an Equal Opportunities employers this shows us to be better than some other companies. I can only assume you are a disgrunted ex employee who was dismissed from the company.
