It is now 9 weeks since we ordered our kitchen and the fitting started on the 28th July and is still not complete 5 weeks later. We removed the old kitchen units ourselves, so a job that should of been complete within 2 days has now taken 5 weeks due to the sales manager being incompetent and selling us something he or the company could not deliver. We have been bullied and intimidated by the company booking an unqualified incompetant electrician and the kitchen fitters employed by the company instructing the electrician where to put plugs and wires, they where drilled through holes to the main fuse box with no where to go in the fuse box and then they wanted £200 for unfinished shoddy workmanship for which we had to pay our own electrician to put right. My husband had to end up calling the police because both craig (kitchen fitter) Paul (salesman) had said we had to pay for there cock up. Units got damaged in the fitting process and wall units where not straight. We were asked to pay the kitchen fitters when there work was not finished. We offered a cheque (paul saleman "said they cannot take cheque due to VAT purposes and we needed to pay the fittters direct by cash, for VAT purposes you need to earn above 73k.) It is now 3rd of August and the kitchen fitters haven't turned up again after coming to alter pipe work due to Paul selling us stowaway units, obviously he is commisssion based and the more he sells the more he gets. He instructed us to get a 600 dishwasher (full size) and it would fit, but not a hope in hell off opening the dishwasher if the kick boards are put on. The kitchen looks incomplete like cowboys have installed it which they have without the kick boardsit looks aweful. We ask Paul after he had took £900 deposit to come acrooss to the house to discuss the electrics and these problems yet he took the second payment for the kitchen and then washed his hands with us, he couldn't be bothered giving us the finish we had paid for, especially because he had taken our money and had buy then moved on to his next con victim. We contacted the director of the company last week Charlie Corke and he said it would alll be sorted and we would get the finish I have paid for. I am still waiting. My husband has now had to stay in another day and another day wasted.
