Extracare Carpet Cleaning is an independently owned and operated carpet cleaning business. This means when you phone you will talk to me, Joe Hatton. I will take your booking, and I will be the one that cleans your carpet or upholstery.

My responsibility is to make your carpets and upholstery cleaner and healthier, and I have invested heavily to ensure I can do that both time and money on training, top quality cleaning products, and up to date machinery.

I have been in business for myself since 1991, have been trained by the National Carpet Cleaners Association and am a current member. (www.ncca.co.uk). Because I care for you - I carry full insurance. This includes insurance even for the piece of carpet or upholstery I am working on. It is called treatment risk, and not all carpet cleaners have such insurance. I am sure that is of importance to you check it out if you are phoning around.
