I would never use this company again and if your insurance company want to use them, please say NO. Very poor communication, skilll level of workers is shocking and they have no respect for your property. They managed to damage two things in my house and tried to deny it. Job was supposed to take just over 1 week. Took over 5 weeks and I was still not happy with end result. Workers are rude and seem in a rush and don't get paid anywhere near what your insurance company are charged. Pay attention to this and other reviews. You have been warned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

utter shambles
What a bunch of cowboys ( luckily it was my insurance sompany paying for the work) . Absolute disregard for property or people.. shoddy finishing, terrible communication and 'a couldnt care less' attitude.. almost 4 months since the start of work ( originally a 6 week job!) and still finding problems 2 weeks after moving back!! wouldnt touch them with a barge pole!

Should be wearing masks and striped shirts
We have had the unlucky experiance of having FFDR fix our property after a flood - not our choice by the way the insurance company use them and now we know why. They are cowboys to the teeth, poor quality work, bad customer service, bad attitude to their problem workmanship and total denial for responsibility to fix their problems. Dont use them or use them at your peril!! you have been warned .

I would never use this company again. They caused more damage than they fixed. When confronted about the work they shrugged it off as if it wasn't them. You have been warned don't go near them.
