Terrible Service!
We bought a car engine and needed delivery next day. They said that they provide that. We chased them up for 3 days and they didnt care about the cost is caused us having to wait in time out of work and time to pay for a mechanic. This company is terrible, the staff are rude and lie to customers.

Not what I ordered
I clearly identified the part I required but got a part for a completely different car. I said I could pick up the part the day I ordered it but they bullied me to pay £5 for the part to be delivered by courier. Against my better judgment they persuaded me and the package arrived the following afternoon but with the wrong part. Pretty useless service and I can't get hold of them now. Stay away at all costs.

Bunch of cowboys
One was the minimum rating, but would give them 0 on all accounts. Item ordered and paid for, and never turned up. Called them and they said no order had been placed and denied the phone conversation. Stay away! not the cheapest..luckily bank stopped them taking money.
