Baaaaddddd Service

If there is a "0" star review I would rate this company a "0". I have used this company a number of times without any problem. Its been about 2 years i used them last and visited them again just ago . They basically have new staff as i can't recognise my old reliable friend. I am not sure if they have a new management as well however I was defrauded by this new guys. I changed 3 tyres and then drove home just about 4 miles away. on my way home I noticed my car was a bit shaky but did not pay much attention to it. I parked my car and needed to go out about 2 hours later and to my disappointment my rear tyre which was recently changed was flat!!. I could not contact F1 since they were already closed for business. On the next working day I contacted them but they mentioned they could not offer a call-out as they were under staffed. I managed to get the car back to them and they changed the bad tyre "again" but insisted I had to pay for it. They literally seized my vehicle and bullied me into paying for the new changed tyre. Provided no guarantee for the rubbish tyre sold to me! How on earth do such evil and dishonest people stay in business! This is day-light robbery and intimidation!!
