Avoid like the plague
Overpriced, poor workmanship, abysmal customer service. Any know a reputable company that has you paying a 10%deposit only to receive a hand written document which only has information on the units being fitted. Their CAD system is very poor . You then have to pay another 85% up front a week before they commence even with no sign of a scope of work. A scope of work is essential so you can agree in writing to everything they should be fitting to your project. There advert says” let you dream be turned to reality” in fa t it is let your dream be turned in to a nightmare. They are about to open their new showroom . I have had 6 different builders , plumbers etc to give me a cost to rectify this companies work and they don’t want to get involved with someone else’s mess .I have been advised that the best way to repair my bathroom is to start all over again.Stay well clear if you know what is good for you. I had to give one star to enable to post this. I have plenty of images to verify my review .

Fitted Kitchen or maybe not.
Seen there advert on TV makes my blood boil got a kitchen fitted a few years ago and it was very poor the flooring especially was shoddy and poorly finished.One Star from me and that’s generous.

Don't do business with this crap
Please take your money somewhere else and don’t fall for the trick of rushing in a contract because a “sudden” sooner date! This guys are the worst, terrible quality, expensive and disgusting personal experience with some of their personal.DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH FACTORY DIRECT INVERURY

Avoid!
We so wish we had seen these reviews before being caught out by these cow boys! 10k bathroom (not including toilet unit, double sink unit or towel rail as we already had them), rushed into contract to secure sooner date. We thought this was great at the time, but definitely not worth the hassle. Workmen themselves brilliant, but sales man unavailable as soon as you complain. Our toilet was to be moved, and was put in the wrong place leaving little room between bath and toilet, and lots of dead space behind toilet. Moved closer to where we wanted it but with the hole already made in exterior wall we had to compromise! Missing vanity unit and shelves, they did provide unit after complaining but shelves made from kitchen work top off-cuts! Shocking. Shower controls in wrong place after specifically asking for them to be where we wanted them. We were never given a plan or CAD drawing beforehand as advertised. Many important measurements missing from workmens plan. Absolute shambles. Avoid!

Kitchen Disaster
We got a kitchen installed in our holiday home. Told salesman we did not want gloss doors but wanted Matt finish . What did they fit gloss. We did not check contract and they had put gloss on contract. Units were moved to near window therefore can't get curtains up. We also told salesman not to do this. Joiners sawing on top of carpet which they promised to cover. Dishwasher not working but discovered water not put on. Part of oven found on top of freezer. When oven put in it burns controls. New ovens to be bought . Not allowed to speak to salesman again as Adrian takes over. Very arrogant man . Definately would NOT recommend this Company. See reviews under Yell they tell the same story Totally agree with all comments Don't want to rate this company . Would be minus for every one

Dreadful Company
They fitted a bathroom for us. We were never allowed to a lot of the equipment prior to fitting (Radiator/bath/taps etc) and therefore we got low cost stuff that is not fit for purpose! The room is freezing in the winter even after being told the BTU output would make it cozy! The shower pump was really noisy and it was I useable if someone was sleeping in the bedroom. It shower still leaks and drips constantly. The tiling is appalling with lots of crooked joints and tiles sticking out at angles. With some research we ascertained we were grossly overcharged and the workmanship is disgraceful. It has cost a great deal more money to put their efforts right. Furthermore when we complained we were told that they would not correct the faults (25 year guarantee promised!) as they tradesmen would not come back as we constantly abused and swore at them when they were in our house. That was a blatant lie as the tradesmen ALL received tips and bottles and my wife and I just do not do that and always treat anybody with respect. In short if you want poor workmanship, to pay inflated prices for cheap bathroom furniture and to be insulted when you raise the issues and have money to waste then go to Factory Direct Kitchens and Bathroom of Inverurie. If not avoid them they are an awful company to deal with and have caused us much angst and sleepless nights! They have muddied the water for us (along with the Ellon Garage Roof Company) and we will now no longer use local tradesmen so we bring people up from England and accommodate them locally. Avoid both companies!

AVOID
They fitted a kitchen for my sister and when I wenr round to have a look I was shocked at the poor workmanship. There skills in fitting a kichen do not exist infact the word skill would not be in there vocabulary.The whole job was a disgrace and its my veiw that they must have gone down to a local job centre and recruited a couple of guys cash in hand.Take it from me being a joiner and previously fitted many kitchens in my past AVOID THIS COMPANY CO****S
