Appalling Customer Service!!!
I was quoted £99 to service my 14 year-old VW Polo which was misfiring. When I picked up the car I was charged £150 and told that the car was still misfiring and they were unable to fix the fault. Took the car back to the trader I bought it from, mechanic quickly identified the misfiring as a faulty plug lead - replaced it with no charge. I went back to FACTS to query their work and the extra charge - told to "leave the premises" - not prepared to enter into any discussion. Legal action now pending on the advice of Trading Standards - watch this space!!!
