Horrible
We had found the perfect house. They were funny acting right from the start but then things got worse. They harrassed me at work being very rude when I couldn't find the time to fill out the application forms (this was only a few days later). They talked down to us like we were naughty children!!! Then came to find out that the £264 payment we sent to them in order to secure the letting was never used and the house was still being advertised. We gave up and asked for our money back. Let's see if we get it.

Worst agency I've ever dealt with
Very slow to respond to issues and when they do respond, it is generally with rudeness and sarcasm. Very smug and condescending, they seem to think they are above their tenants. Would definitely not recommend. Avoid.
