Terrible Dealers, Avoid...

After purchasing my car from Falmouth diesels, it came with 12 months MOT, New cambelt kit and had been serviced. During the first 5 weeks i discovered the Cruise Control DOES NOT work AT ALL, after reading the manual I made my way on a journey I thought I would give it a try, it didn't work, then the engine started to make grinding noises, booked it into be checked out, they discovered the problem was the Alternator pulley and would need replacing. They wanted to Charge me £100 for this!!! And additional costs to fix the cruise control. Despite the car not being as described and not of satisfactory quality they look at me like a cow looks at an on coming train, no remorse and say warranty does not cover my problems. They have no consideration for their customers, they belittle and undermine you with no intention of supporting customers once they have your money. I advise anyone looking for a car to avoid this cowboy company. Chances are you'll find yourself in the same position.
