Worst taxi company . No business ethics

I have used Fareway on number of occasions in past. I had some guests and recommended them to use fareway. Based on my recommendation they used cab from Chelmsford to Hounslow . Amount charged was 175 when this journey has never costed more than 100 gbp. I called to check what is the quote for same journey as new customer and I was given option of 100 gbp. When asked to refund because you have overcharged nearly double I was told my guests should have asked for quote because there app fares are metered. I was expecting knowing they overcharged they will refund specially knowing I am one of the old customer , but I was told nothing can be done. I suggest you ask for quote if you do want to use them. Strongly recommend not to use them.
