A great local garage
We have had our cars serviced by the Dave's for the last 10 years and they have been extremely helpful and professional. Their only downside is their popularity, however they will always try and do their best to get you sorted.

An Excellent Garage
The Dave's run a first rate local garage in a highly professional manner. The only problems is that they are in such high demand you have to book in services and MOT's at least two weeeks in advance! They will however do all that they can to fit you in earlier in an emergency.

General Review
I have used this garage on a number of occasions and have found them to be very professional, informative and helpful. They always endeavour to fit the car in, even if their diary is fully booked; and if it really is not possible for an `emergency' appointment that day, they usually are able to provide me with an appointment to following day. Although they are not always able to provide courtesy cars, they certainly go out of their way to help if they can. One mechanic even went so far as to lend me his own private vehicle when the courtesy cars were all in use! It is for this reason that I give the garage only 4 stars as I am aware that there is a shortage of courtesy cars and I doubt that this particular mechanic will be able to loan his own car out all the time! I have not ever found them to over charge me or carry out unnecessary work and they always treat me with respect, rather than making me feel like a dumb female! They are true to their word and have kept me informed of the works progression regularly. When I telephone up to book a car service or MOT, they have records of the work previously carried out on my car readily to hand and take the time to explain what needs to be done without using jargon that non-mechanics don't understand! The staff made me feel like a valued customer and I hope to continue using this garage in the future
