DON'T USE , BAD COMPANY/LANDLORD
They keep changing the rent due date, take a minimum of 8 months to repair anything. Neil Farrington will always be on you back for rent . I have been in 1 of his places and got given a eviction notice when I complained about a house mate using drugs . Neil Farrington is the person who runs the company as he has had to close his down ( A1 Property & Letting ) . DON'T USE EVERY , YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK YOUR DEPOSIT FROM THEM. They will always find a reason not to do something when something brakes.

Terrible properties
This company lets out properties in a terrible state. When maintenance is required it is often not completed in a timely manner and when it is completed seldom is it done to a satisfactory level. Drug dealing is also prevalent in a lot of the properties let out as proper background checks on tenants aren't carried out. Management frequently ignore complaints and phone calls from clients about the aforementioned problems. My advice to anyone thinking about renting or letting through this company would be to avoid them at all costs, there are plenty of other good companies locally who can provide a far better service.

Why did i bother?!
I rented a shared property from this lettings agency for just over a year and I was not impressed. The property itself is poorly maintained 1. sub standard electrics which means we cannot use more than 5 appliances at a time without the house tripping out. 2. inadequate oil heating system which regularly floods (re lighting it is plain dangerous as there is no ignition switch, so the landlord uses burning plastic rods!, that's if he even bothers to come out at all. left us for three weeks without heating during the winter months with temperature reaching 1 degree indoors) 3. using the shower and bath gives us a nice water feature in the dining room!... And as for customer service, well that is non existent if you would like to complain about the above mentioned or the many other problems we have with this shared house. Unless its about MONEY going into their pockets, then they will be over in a flash every time without fail!!
