Toxic work environment due to bullying culture, backstabbing culture and blame culture. In addition, the Commercial Manager (Dale Telling) has an inappropriate and romantic relationship with his assistant (Vicky Finch) at Fassa UK Ltd. High turnover of staff. Company was in the news for tax evasion and money laundering. Company rip off customers. Buy your products from KRend, Weber or Knauf. Stay away from this company.
