Emergency First Aid at Work 6 hours: The course was well organized, and delivered in a very relaxed and comfortable environment. Our facilitator, Nicole Miller appreciated and valued all our members of staff as individuals; adjusting very well to their learning styles and speeds. Nicole was listening and responding to our concerns and showed personal enthusiasm for what she was teaching. There is a consistency in the approach and a genuine interest in developing an understanding of the emergency/ work place first aid procedures. She was well aware of when to move to next section, when to stop and go back over things and when to accelerate the pace of learning. She encouraged all staff to work collaborately and independently. It was a great experience combined with curiosity, learning and fun. I feel confident I could now deal with most emergencies, using the skills and techniques so excellently delivered by Nicole Miller. Her delivery and teaching style was superb and just right for people who would need to know First Aid in the work Place. The course was extremely good value and we found no one else who could beat or even match the course price. We would recommend Fast response and PFA and will be re booking when needed.
