Biomechanical and sports injuries using orthotics (insoles). Mediped = a medical pedicure using sterile instruments - leaves your feet feeling like a babys! MChS = Members of the Chiropodist and Podiatry Society HPC = Health Professions Council - registered. If you are not HPC'd then you can only be called a Foot health Practitioner. We have ALL undertaken a 3 year degree programme in Podiatry (the modern term for a Chiropodist) and do not let anyone into our premises to work on any person unless they are insured and fully qualified.

An amazing experience for me with Dr. Alison, I have had problems with my toenail right from my childhood & also had my toe nail was removed twice earlier due to infection & ingrowing toe nail problem as thought earlier. I visited Dr.Alison today thinking it will be 3rd time toe nail removal, first she first made me feel very comfortable & clearly explained the problem & the root cause. Next step she sorted out my toe nail problem within few mins by cleaning it & removing only the affected part without any pain at all it was magical. All my nightmares from last few days of getting my toe nail removed was vanished within few minutes. I can't thank Dr.Alison enough & the relief I found can't just be expressed in words. Hopeful I will have a peaceful sleep tonight & thanks to Dr.Alison for everything , a true professional.

I had the good fortune to book an appointment with Optimum Health Services Ltd (UK) and it has given my feet a new life since that date. Me, I thought getting my feet done was something only pensioners did! I had always put family and others first. I had not taken too much time on me and now in my forties my feet told the tale of neglect and they hurt too. So when I booked that first appointment my feet were in a mess and I was afraid too. But that first appointment is the best move I have ever made and it has changed my life for the better. I go regularly now and get pampered with a foot massage too. It has made wearing my work shoes and my walking shoes and my dance shoes a wonderful experience now. Alison Deacon has such a depth and breadth of knowledge in her subject and a soft touch that ensures my feet are now comfortable and beautiful to look at and soft to feel too. She knows everything about anything feet. She can advise on footwear that will help feet stay great too. Alison has magic insteps (orthotics) that help feet correct damage over the years too. I was convinced that first appointment would hurt as my feet were dreadful and I hated to look at them but Alison is so skilled as a podiatrist that nothing of this was so. I have booked regular appointments since with Alison and look forward to them to maintain my beautiful healthy feet. Now I walk a lot and dance all the time too because my feet no longer hurt as they used to. I cannot recommend Alison and her business enough to you. Give her a call. Alison, It's an absolute pleasure to be able to write this for you..... After visiting my chiropractor monthly for 18 months, she recommended I visited Alison. After just one visit I feel as though my quality of life has improved more than 100% as I no longer have constant back pain. Before I thought "is this as good as it gets"? Now I know that it can only get better and it still does. I have now managed to stretch the gap between my chiropractor appointments to every 8 weeks and this will continue to improve. Optimum Health Services was first recommended to me as I was experiencing really sore feet whilst training for a half marathon, I have had a regular Mediped with Alison and over a few months the problem was rectified by using insoles and wedges to change the position of my feet and therefore improve my running position. As well as my feet being less sore Alison was able to make my feet look a whole lot better as she got rid of all the dead skin and ugly bits!!! Two benefits for the price of one visit!
