Fennell School of Dance offers a wide range of classes, Royal Academy of Dance Ballet, IDTA Modern and IDTA Tap, for young people aged four upwards.

Specialist Services

Here at Fennell School of Dance we offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Theatre Craft and Festivals for both boys and girls aged 2 ½ upwards. The dance school follows the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus which prepares pupils for classical ballet examinations from Pre-Primary through to Advanced II. The Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and examinations are internationally recognised and accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) in England and The Council for Dance Education and Training (CDET). Fennell School of Dance also follows the International Dance Teachers Association syllabus which prepares pupils for examinations in Tap and Modern dance. All pupils are encouraged to set achievable goals for themselves through either examinations or presentation classes. However examinations are not compulsory and more importantly pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, discipline, creativity and independent thinking.
