Martial Arts Training

Fight Tech have a fully equipped, full time gym offering classes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Junior grappling/MMA, Thai Boxing, ladies Fighting for Fitness class.

Personal martial arts training is proving to be very popular, giving the individual their own training programme at a time that suits them.

The gym is open six days a week with free mat sessions in the day and evening for members.
