Wish I had done the above before engaging this sub standard irresponsible company to fit some bathrooms in our boutique hotel room. Leaking pipe work and showers and floods of water gushing down onto the floor below causing thousands of pounds worth of damage and a business that has had to close. Site managers coming out and admitting responsibility- as when faced with the evidence they had no choice and then follow up emails by big boss Geoff saying erm sorry we can’t accept responsibility and we don’t want to sort out our shoddy work we suggest you get a man with a van! If that’s the kind of after care that’s acceptable to you then hire then by all means. We just wish we had found a man with a van first of all as they undoubtedly would have done a better job.
