With the expert treatment from Dr Carrie Ann Oberster and advice that I was given the pain lessened to such a degree that I was almost immediately, able to continue my life as it had been beforehand. Not only this, but the entire ethos and atmosphere of the Back Care Centre and its staff, with their caring, honest and friendly approach, has made life worth living once again. Although I continue to have treatment on a much less regular basis, I am extremely grateful for the new lease of life that I have been given, and even if I had no back problem at all I would still look forward to visiting the Centre for the consistent warmth of the welcoming attitude that I am given. I came to you at the beginning of March 2005 when I was unable to walk more than a few steps without having severe pain in my lower back which was also coupled with depression caused by the realisation that my lifestyle was acutely restricted.
