We are unique in the fact that landlords who opt for full management are offered a choice in the control of their money and rent collection. First Bay Lettings will collect the rent each month and then transfer the balance to the landlords account or for those landlords who wish to have more control over their money we are happy to arrange the monthly rental to be paid direct to the landlord and then invoice for our services.
Tenants are offered the reassurance of a 24 hour contact number for emergencies and an in house maintenance firm.
All deposits are lodged within DPS and full copies available to both tenants and landlords at any time.
