In 1993, Anne Lockwood and Andrew Turner founded The First Choice Group of companies with a pad, a pen, 2 telephones and the vision of providing a service that would continuously develop and deliver exceptional recruitment services, people development and human resource solutions throughout the Yorkshire region.

Over a decade ago and through continuous improvement of the range of services provided and a dedicated team of recruitment professionals, The First Choice Group of companies have offices in Wakefield & Leeds and has expanded its range of services from Recruitment through to Training, Personal Development and Strategic Coaching & Mentoring to offer a One Stop Shop to their clients, and have established themselves as an innovative and highly professional industry leader.
