Bought groupon for this company at end of June for an end of tenancy agreement at the end of july. Booked well in advance and was called up two days before the cleaning date to be left a voice mail by owner and told they couldn't do it and email her with any questions. When I called back the owner was rude and did not once apologise for such a massive inconvenience. She said i got a great deal from groupon so what was I complaining about? As it was an end of tenancy agreement I only needed it for the specfic date. when I asked the owner why she cancelled she said staff had called in sick. This was 2 days BEFORE the service was due. How she knew they would still be sick 2 days later I don't know. Looking back I think she just did not want to honour the agreement with Groupon.
