I belong to Fitness Professionals, Fitness Wales, & I am on the Register for Exercise Professionals. I am fully qualified & insured to teach children.
Specialist Services
I encourage the children in a positive manner and they are entertained throughout the session. I change the games quickly and positivly, the children are familure whith the games but are encouraged to be loud and energetic and to have fun. This is very different from school gym.
