Real Results Experience

Having had self esteem problems through the duration of most my adult life, I decided to take an active step in becoming more confident with myself and my body. Being a dress size 14, I wanted to slim down and have a body that I could be proud of. Upon meeting Shane, I realised that he was a personal trainer who not only made me feel comfortable while trying to reach my goal, but was determined to get the best out of me and to get the result I required. As a personal trainer, he understands that I am human and have certain physical limits but he also takes no excuse for laziness! I have managed to slim down to a size 10,in dress size, in only eight weeks and with Shane's expert advice and motivation skills, I am now working towards maintaining this excellent shape and size. The sessions with Shane have not only enabled me to have a great physical wellbeing but have also allowed me to acquire a new and confident perspective on life. I would definitely recommend Shane to anyone who wants to see positive results and have a personal trainer who is sensitive and hard working.
