Terrible

Terrible Terrible. I arrived for my appointment to be told I was late which I fully accept is my fault, I thought it was at 20 to the hour and they advised it was actually at 20 past so I was at most 10 minutes late. I had lost my phone which had the appointment time on and I had mixed up the times. They advised this was the second time I had been late and I was now off the books and would need to find a new dentist. News to me, I have not to my knowledge been late in the past and I certainly have not had any notification or warning that if I was late again I would be kicked off the books. I asked if they could make an allowance on this occasion, they advised they do not take any reasoning into consideration and once the decision is made it is final. I had my 6 month baby and my 8yr old in tow so did not want to create a scene and just left. This is disgusting, I appreciate time and money is lost by people being late or not turning up but to kick people off the books for being late by 10 minutes on 1 occasion due to a mix up and without warning is terrible.
