My phone got wet in the rain all working apart from screen was very dim and hardly visable so my wife contacted them by phone. Said it needed a new screen. Easy to use website with clear instructions. Received an email to confirm it had been received. Same day at lunchtime received an email to say it had been fixed and by 5pm same day received email to say it had been posted back. I received phone next day and now in full working order. Fantastic service and communication. 24 hour turnaround as promised. Highly recommend.
