Given that my husband and I brought our own home, I have always made it a point to personally clean the whole house. Our cleaning company requires an official cancellation notice in writing, which we never received from the client. If we are not aware of the cancellation then of course we will continue to send invoices and claim payments. Some of our clients don't even bother to tell us that they are cancelling the cleaners, instead they just tell the cleaners not to come round any more and leave it at that. Our company works with 300 cleaners and thousands of clients. If they don't inform us officially, then how are we supposed to know that they no longer want our services? We would like to apologise to James for the inconvenience and we hope that he understands that we need an official notice to stop his account. We try our best to look after our clients in the best way possible.
