Flag Computer Repair provides a mobile computer repair service in Ashford Kent and surrounding areas. The repair can be undertaken at your home or business otherwise a free collection can be made. It's often easier to show a problem than to try and explain it over the phone. That is why I will visit you at your home or business. I will visit an area within 15miles of Ashford Kent. Troubleshooting at your location may solve the problem but if it is a more complicated repair then I will collect and return the device.

Virus repair

Is your computer running slowly? Have you noticed unusual behaviour? You may have a virus or some other malware. A version of malware in the news a lot is Ransomware. The NHS was attacked by this. This is where your files are encrypted and the bad guy offers to decrypt your files if you pay a sum of money. Even if you pay the ransom it is unlikely you will get the decryption key or have the virus removed from your system. The malware can be removed but will still leave your files encrypted. Computing advice

I am able to offer advice on computing and lessons on how to use your computer or laptop. I can teach you how to use an Windows or Apple system. I can also help if you want to learn how to use your Apple or Android mobile phone or tablet. I can show you how to operate the device, set up a backup, save storage space and save battery power.

Computer setup

If you have a new computer and need help setting it up then I can help. If you have an old computer that you need to dispose of I can securely wipe the hard drive, preventing loss pf your personal information. If you want to install a printer or fix a printer software issue then call me. I can help you set up a backup schedule or recover from a backup solution.
