delivered the wrong window. only one air vent instead of two specified. tried to tell me that I had made mistake until they read order, then drilled holes in window and said there's your other air vent. window looks terrible and is not what I asked for. the surveyor and sales team obviously don't liaise with one another and the fitters had my old window out before I noticed that there was something wrong with the new one. phoned to try and sort it out but was just put through to the surveyor who was useless. I would have been better keeping my old window. the fitters all do 'foreigners', well that's what they told me. stuff the poor ones like me that have paid the full price for a whole load of rubbish!

We had a conservatory fitted 36months ago, since then we have had in excess of 20 visits by Flair to "fix" various leaks. The customer service is rude or non existant, they do not respond to emails, they do not keep appointments, and when they actually do, they usually make the problems worse. We will be persuing this case through trading standards, as the product they fit is certainly not fit for purpose.

After completing conservatory, problems keep arising with very poor and rude customer service we had to put up with repeated cancelation of appointments to sort out their mess. The problems keep arising again and again. We are going to pursue a case with the trading standard. NOT Recommended at all.

disappointing service ,after a convincing sales pitch.nice product but no after sales service to correct faults once you've paid.i was made to feel like an annoyance "sorry flair you let your selves down."

Promised a complete and speedy service. We had the bulk of the work completed in a fast and pleasing manner. We paid all but a small retainer fee and 3 months later still have issues with the standard of the completed work. We feel that their level of customer service drops dramatically after they have received the bulk of their money. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Had a very good service from Flair. They gave us a professional design, very pleased considering we didn't really know which company to use. Happy with our conservatory and would definately use them again when we need our windows replaced.
