Every cake is baked from scratch using the freshest, most natural, finest ingredients available in a choice of sponges to include vanilla, lemon, chocolate, carrot and coffee sponges, or fruit cake. Fillings for sponges vary from butter cream, chocolate, coffee, lemon curd or any filling of your choice.

Hello, my name is Sacramenta. I absolutely love my job designing and creating beautiful cakes for special occasions! If you are planning an event, please consider me as I would like to be a part of your ideas and plans.

I have been baking and decorating cakes for family and friends for over 20 years.

My interest in cake baking and decorating evolved after attending several Cake Decorating Classes and demonstrations since 1990. I acquired skills in Royal Icing, Sugar Paste Icing, creating exotic Frills and Flowers (wired and non-wired), Extension work, Run-Outs, Embroidery, Brush Embroidery, Bas Relief and Modelling Work.

I have also won many Art Awards including Christmas Card Design Competitions. As a result, I can create an amazing work of art for you using exquisite side designs, hand-modelled figures, realistic sugar flowers or any decoration of your choosing. Products

All our cakes are custom-designed to suit your individual requirements; therefore prices will vary according to your final design. All our cakes are available in various shapes and sizes and baked to a target depth of 2.5 inches. For wedding cakes and sponge, fillings can be a choice of vanilla butter cream, chocolate butter cream, chocolate ganache, lemon curd, coffee butter cream, jam or any filling of your choice. Wedding cakes made from fruit contain alcohol, currants, sultanas, raisins, cherries, mixed peels and nuts, nuts are optional. For novelty cakes all prices are dependent upon size and design, so please call for a quote. A refundable deposit of £100.00 will be applied to our 2-Tier, 3-Tier and 4-Tier stands and £50 for our 14" Silver Square and Round Base and Cup Cake Stands.
