Flame BBQ is young and creative company. We treasure classic mum's recipes and add them modern twist. Flame BBQ has eye catching display which create wow effects on your wedding day. If you use Flame BBQ for your Wedding catering or Birthday party your guests will love an interactive experience with us. Let your guest build their own Burger in Burger and sausage bar. Let them try an original, fresh and colourful salads from self serving area. Flame BBQ has rustic look which suits marquee and barn venues, but we cater for anyone who loves good meal but expect always something more. Let us treat you and we will serve you the best with little bit of fairy dust on the top.
Tasting Days for our Wedding Couples
Every couple of months we have a very informal tasting session at our Village Hall in Berkshire. The day will start where you will meet some of the Flame BBQ Team on arrival and get a drink from the Bar.
Later we will bring out the Nibbles and during this time we will have an informal group discussion regarding logistics of your wedding day. This is to answer any question you may have regarding the catering at your wedding.
We will serve Main Course as you can expect it at you wedding. This will be the time that you can sit back and enjoy our food. Please feel free to have a chat with any of the Flame BBQ Team during this time. We understand that the food at your wedding day is very important.
After Mains, you're welcome to enjoy our variety of desserts on offer. All our desserts is homemade and be asure to have the OMG after every bite.

I contacted Flame BBQ and had an almost immediate reply from a lovely guy called Matthew. I explained I only wanted a small BBQ and was unsure if they would cater for a such a small wedding party of 50 in my back garden. His reply was of course, no problem... and also encouraged us to attend a tasting day - which we did..and really enjoyed not only the fantastic food but also how welcome everyone made us feel. The tasting day was amazing and gave us plenty to sample and to choose from...so much so I wish we could have had it all it was soooo good.
