TYPICAL PRICES.

For some of the popular jobs. Please note that all prices are plus VAT at 20%
GAS BOILER REPAIR. These are charged at £69 plus parts. My software shows that customers typically pay around £95 for a repair.​
BOILER SERVICE. Boiler servicing is charged at 50 plus any seals that your specific boiler requires.
GAS BOILER REPLACEMENTS. Combi replacements can be done from £900 but the average price for a good boiler install is around £1200
FULL HEATING SYSTEMS. The price for these vary a lot between houses but on average my customers pay around £2700
LANDLORDS GAS SAFETY CHECK. Boiler and cooker/hob £50 an if there is also a gas fire then £64 other cert options are available
NEW COOKERS AND HOBS. It depends on where the nearest gas pipe is but expect around £60
