Save yourself the disappointment

Absolutely disgusting. Order delivered after 50 minutes of order which was slightly after allocated time but OK that's fine. Food turned up like it had been dropped or thrown. One if the meals had come out of its box. Chips were extremely soggy, wet and luke warm. Chicken meat was cooked well and hot. Burger wasn't very nice and must have been sitting waiting for the rest of the order. Sauces were wrong and the salad box's are a joke. How can you send out salad box's that are both different and incomplete. This was an online order, how can it be that hard to get an order right that's written down. Made contact with the company out this mess and was informed to take the food back to them at 12.30 at night if I wanted a refund. How is this an acceptable thing when I've placed an order for delivery late at night so I don't have to leave the house. Poor show, unacceptable request. So much for customer services from a delivery service.
