Shocking customer service
Faulty goods received but not way to contact company. Have tried telephone but answer machine”full”; emailed with no response; spoke to Citizens’ Advice who suggested Recorded Delivery letter. Still no response from company. Very disappointed with this company and lack of response. Total waste of money since Inam left with faulty non functioning item.
