22 November 2013, Before discovering Fleet Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, I followed every run with a few painful days whilst my shins recovered. Sam took the time to fully understand my symptoms and quickly identified what not only was causing the problem, but a treatment plan to get it sorted (and get me through a 10k I'd booked myself in to!). Following the plan has not only completely resolved my pain (I can now run without limping the day after!), but the tips I've picked up have shaved more than 6 minutes off my PB!
