As part of our Estate Agents role Lettings were added to the portfolio in 2000 and have developed into a successful independent arm of the business.

Conwy Office

Melanie Wynne is the Sales Manager of our Conwy Office. She has over 18 years experience in Estate Agency. Having lived in Conwy all her life, Mel has a superb knowledge of the area. An outstanding member of the Conwy team she provides a superb level of service to ensure sales are seen safely through to conclusion.

Kim Watkins has a wealth of experience having been involved in Estate Agency Sales for over 20 years. Kim is highly efficient and approachable making her an outstanding addition to the Conwy Sales team.

Jo-Ann Williams is a Sales Negotiator in Conwy, her friendly and approachable nature make her a valuable member of our Sales Team. She has been a part of the Fletcher & Poole Estate Agency team for some time now and has experience of both Sales and Lettings.

Janine Browne-Roberts has had many years experience in business and heads our administration. She is incredibly efficient and is a wonderful addition to the team.

Lisa O'Neill is the Lettings Manager for Fletcher & Poole Estate Agents and is based in our Conwy branch. Having many years experience in management, her priority is to provide tenants and landlords with the highest level of service.
