Mother's Day
y elderly Mum was left very upset by the dreadful bouquet she was delivered by this florist on Mother's day. A bedraggled offering that bore no ressemblance to the product in the picture on the website and was overpriced for what my Mum received. I complained to the shop via e-mail and telephone message and 2 days later got an e-mail telling me my comments were inappropriate. Customer service completely non-existant. If I lived closer I would have gone to the shop to complain. I' m most sorry for my Mum who has been left very upset by this incident – that's unforgiveable
