"I just wanted to say a really, really, big thank you to Eliza for catering our Holiday Luncheon on 12th December 2014. It was our first in-office special occasion catered event. To say that it was a success would be a major understatement, because the food is what helps to make the event memorable. Our expectations were blown out of the water. Her presentation was exquisite and the food mouth-wateringly delicious, she catered for every taste and option, the vegetarian options were so appetizing. There was a lovely Spinach and Ricotta slice that simply disappeared and was enjoyed by everyone including the non-vegetarians. The Duck & Pork Terrine was another dish that went very quickly, with so many dishes I don't have time to name them all, but I do have to mention the Strawberry Mousse, wow! .... that melted in your mouth - divine! ..... Eliza's repertoire of savoury and sweet dishes is amazing, the meats were succulent, the pies were appetizing and the desserts were absolutely scrumptious. Everyone loved the food. I would highly recommend her for any event."

"Wow! I still can’t believe our cake! Eliza went the extra 10,000 miles to make our cake as special as it was! We found a picture of a cake we liked and Eliza made it even more special! It was exactly what we wanted! We had 2 tastings and meetings to make sure everything was right, she worked out the exact sizes of all the tiers and decorations we needed so our guests had enough. Our cake was a 3 tiered Madeira sponge with raspberry jam filling, white chocolate butter cream and white chocolate cigarillos topped with white chocolate roses and fresh flowers. And it tasted even better than it looked! Thank you Eliza! Ps….try her Palmiers!"
