Bad payers

Just to report that I have had a disappointing experience with Flow Languages (Edinburgh), I believe previously known as Flowtranslate, and now apparently under the umbrella of Worldwide Business. They owe me a job I did for them more than one year ago, sent them an invoice and three reminders. I then decided to contact them by phone and talked to a Paul Kenny (paul.kenny@wwbusiness.com) who instructed me to send him the invoice again, which I did. He replied by email saying that their invoices department had already paid it, with a date. I contacted my bank who said no payment had been received and instructed me to ask for the payment receipt or some sort of proof of payment by Flow Languages. In a last attempt, I contacted Paul Kenny again by email asking for the receipt. Never heard from him since. I also discovered that almost 10 translators had already registered similar cases about Flowlanguages in ProZ.com.
