Flower Design Company was founded on a vision to create a unique and unparalleled service for all our customers, by combining the best in craftsmanship, design and raw materials. We wanted to create a new experience for everyone whether they wanted a simple bunch of Tulips or a fairytale wedding.

Our philosophy at Flower Design is simple- to create the most sensual and stunning flowers for your wedding or special event. Everything is tailored to your specific requirements, and we excel at creating that all important "wow" factor. Our aim is to far exceed all your expectations.

We offer a highly personal, professional and comprehensive service with great attention to detail. No stone will remain unturned in our strive for perfection and drive to set the standards for our industry.

Jane Thompson's unique creative flair and expertise in creating fabulous flowers for every celebration has led to numerous prestigious awards including London's Chelsea flower show.
We believe our ability to create sensitively designed flowers that capture both the spirit and romance of the couple is what makes us totally individual. Mood boards and story boards are designed for all types of weddings from the most intimate to the grandest scale occasions. We source flowers with character and atmosphere, fragrant tuscan herbs, for any bride through our many contacts and suppliers. Jane has knowledge of many of the grandest venues in the north west including Houghton Tower, Leighton Hall and Lytham Hall to name but a few. We also have knowledge of venues further a field, Cambridge University, castles in Scotland and other superb venues around the Lake District and Cheshire.

We adopt a flexible and creative approach to budgets and are used to on- site meetings with clients and liasing directly with event organisers.

Combining our visionary flair and knowledge we are able to turn the simplest venue into something magical. We can provide as much or as little as you require. From bridal flowers through to decoration of the church, synagogue and civil ceremony through to reception flowers.

The demand for our demonstrations is quite high, therefore our diary fills very quickly, but no matter how many we do, it never ceases to amaze us how enthusiastic and hungry our audiences are for floristry.

For the past 10 years we have been lucky enough to be invited to exhibit at Chelsea Flower Show. The professional floristry section doesn't get much TV coverage but we can assure you that it is no less keenly fought. Through our hard work we have managed to achieve a number of medal successes.
