Bad customer service
We had a bad experience with this company as the manager was very rude. This company seems to survive from repeat business directly from venues and therefore seem to have little interest in individual customers. We had attended a wedding at a venue that had used 'flowers and sparkle' and so had enquired directly with them about using their services. Although the staff in the shop were friendly, when it came to dealing with the manager, the response we received was rude and unprofessional. It seems that she feels she doesn't need to have any customer service skills with individual clients and didn't seem to be concerned whether she had our business or not. We have since spoken to friends who also used them and they also had the same experience with the manager's impolite manner.
