Very disappointed
I bought the bouquet as a gift and the following words displayed in the description on the website, caught my eye and made me purchase the flowers: Scented Freesia handtied Bouquet Imagine the fragrance! and delicate array of Fressia complimented with scented wax flower eucalyptus. I did smell the flowers when I collected them, but there was no scent and the florist said the scent would soon emerge. 3 Days on and there is no scent at all. I am so disappointed, I bought the bouquet as a gift and I am just embarrassed. I paid £47 (which includes a standard glass vase). No, I would not recommend this florist.

WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK
VERY DISAPPOINTING DELIVERY OF FLOWERS, LACK OF THEM AND ONLY LASTED 5 DAYS SOME OF THE FLOWERS BRUISED AND WELL OPEN. TELEPHONES TO EXPRESS MY CONCERN, OWNER VERY RUDE INSULTING. TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CUSTOM TO ASDA NEXT TIME. TAKE NOTE AND LETS DO AS THE MANAGERESS SUGGESTED AT LEAST YOU WOULD RECIEVE PROPER CUSTOMER CARE! AND VALUE FOR MONEY AND A GUARANTEE OF FLOWER LIFE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.
