Chiropractor are able to providing effective relief from dull and or sharp lower back pain, lower back stiffness, neck pain, muscle, nerve, joint problems and related conditions.

Whilst most commonly chiropractors are recognised for treating the spine and pelvis to relieve lower back pain, sciatica and neck pain, chiropractic can also provide relief for problems such as shoulder, hip and arm pain and related conditions.

Chiropractic treatments may include a combination of hands on treatment techniques such as manipulation, trigger point therapy, dry needling (western style acupuncture) and stretching and will always be individually tailored to each patient. I will provide a full explanation of your problem, all proposed treatments, expected outcomes and aim to get you well, as soon as possible.

In addition to, or as a stand alone treatment, i can also provide sports massage for problems such as strained and sprained muscles resulting from a variety of physical activity and include sport related activities.

Sports massage treatment is an effective treatment for everyone although some patients receive specific treatment for an injury or as a preventative/ supportive treatment during a physical training cycle. Whether you work in an office, trade or factory environment or a seasoned athlete or new to a sporting activity and aiming towards a new personal goal, you can benefit from sports massage.

My personal focus is to initially listen and understand your problem, help your understanding and get better using chiropractic and sports massage.
