what an ignorant man, wouldn't use this shop again, i bought 2 siamese fighting females from him under the advice they'd be fine, unfortunately one of the females was vicious to the male and other female attacking them and leaving them almost devoid of fins, after removing her and taking her back to him, we were stood outside the shop for 45 minutes as he hadn't updated his opening times anywhere online, then when we got in, we explained what had happened and he just took the fish and proceeded to ignore us serving 2 other customers before us, luckily the lady who worked there was helpful and she apologised about his lack of customer care and we bought some more fish. he neither explained why the female was attacking our other fish, he just said the fish was no good to him as he'd have to treat it and neither refunded us anything towards other fish or at least showed a little courtesy that we'd brought the fish all the way back rather than hurt anymore of our other fish. i don't usually review any sites or shops but he is rude and obnoxious.
