Good customer service
I frequently visit the store in north street, the lady in there always gives great service. I smashed my work phone and the repaired within 30 minutes. Great little shop would recommend :)

Very poor customer service!
I bought a portable phone charger, it worked once and then stopped working a few weeks later. I took it back to the shop in North Street, Brighton and asked for a replacement. The manager said as it was more than 30 days, they couldn't do anything. I explained this was incorrect under the Consumer Rights Act and also under EU laws, but she refused to listen to me and called me "childish" for getting a bit frustrated / annoyed. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I have checked my rights and I have 6 months to get a replacement, repair or refund. As they've refused to repair or replace it, they are now required to give a full refund by law. The manager clearly hasn't checked the legislationion on this, which is surprising, as it can't be the first time someone has returned a faulty product there. I have now sent a letter to their head office and expect a full refund and apology in the circumstances. At the end of the day, the only reason they get away with it is because most people don't think its with the hassle of complaining. The silly thing is...they had the chance to rectify things I store, but due to poor staff training, they have missed an opportunity to rectify things, lost a good customer, damaged the company's reputation and it will now cost them more to rectify things. I would be very surprised if this company stays in business much longer.

Bought a case
Bought a case from fone world and have put the case on my phone and it has broken my phone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TERRIBLE SHOP EVER FONE WORLD BRIGHTON .

Avoid this shop!
Terrible. I went to have a screen repaired. I waited three times the amount of time they said it would take and had three different people working on the phone. The phone was broken on return and then sent away to be repaired. The company could not repair and refused to pay for damages. Do not use this shop!
