Food Allergy Training Consultancy offers training and consultancy services to the food service industry on "Food Allergy Awareness" and provides events and workshops to highlight the changes in the EU Food Information regulations (FIR) 1169/2011 which came into force on 13 December 2014. We offer resources to help identify allergens and work with likeminded companies who can provided solutions to your specific requirements.

We are able to offer half day food allergy awareness training either in-house bespoke courses or we run open courses where individuals can book places via our fatc.co.uk/events page - check out our early bird discounts for the first 10 spaces booked.
