About Us

Forum IT Services was started because of the number of enquiries we were getting about IT support from the customers in our website design business Blake Communications and our printing business 4B Design. We were often asked to fix things for clients, or if we knew anyone in the area that offered IT support, and unfortunately we didn't. This got us thinking and having a background in IT support in previous jobs we thought why not offer this as a service, but not just to our existing client base.

We have worked in the IT industry for many years and have undertaken various roles such in areas such as IT support, software development, website design and network installation across a wide range of industries so we have a great deal of experience in lots of different scenarios.

Our main focus across all of the services we offer is customer satisfaction. If you are not happy, neither are we.
